Monday: TRX Suspension Training - 5am, 6am, 9:15 am

Friday: TRX YBell - 5am, 6am, 9:15 am
Finally, a strength training class in which the weights work as hard as you do. YBell maximizes variety, compound movements, and muscle confusion for a full body strength, balance, and endurance overhaul you can’t get any other way.
