Abraham loves the fitness industry and is committed to All Pride Fitness providing an excellent customer experience. Abraham is also a Certified Personal Trainer and leads both the morning METCON classes and Evening Boot Camps.

Jess Moore
Personal Trainer

Jess Moore has many years of experience as a personal trainer and enjoys helping his clients reach their fitness goals. He trains clients one-on-one as well as teaches the evening and Saturday METCON classes. His training and classes are accessible to all levels.


Jana Sled
Personal Trainer

An avid runner, Jana has a passion for fitness. She infuses her class with energy and motivates her students to perform at their very best. Jana teaches both PiYo and Turbo Kick and welcomes both beginners and avid athletes to her classes.


Louisa Kane
Personal Trainer

Louisa is an experienced personal trainer with a loyal following because she gets to know her clients. She is available on a one-on-one basis and also teaches the morning Boot Camp and TRX Classes.
